I recently returned from a trip to the International Home & Housewares Show in Chicago – and I have to say, I drank a lot of coffee. Not out and about in the city – although there were some great coffee shops in town, but instead inside the convention center. There, I had to opportunity to see all the latest introductions when it comes to coffee and espresso.

There were offerings to meet the needs of any coffee lover, at every price point.

Here, Coffee Universe highlights a baker’s dozen of coffee brewers  (and one grinder), all designed to allow you to easily brew great tasting coffee in the comfort of your own home.

Whether you’re brewing cup by cup or for a crowd, the new Hamilton Beach 2-way Deluxe Coffeemaker is designed to give you ultimate flexibility to brew exactly what you need. Choose the one-cup option when you want a single cup, and use your favorite grounds or a K-Cup pack to brew into a travel mug or a standard mug. For when you need more, choose the 12-cup option and brew into the carafe. $99.99

Jura’s new  ENA Micro 9 One Touch is the world’s smallest one-touch automatic cappuccino machine. Intuitive and easy to use, the Rotary Switch lets you customize your beverages, giving you the ability to adjust coffee strength, amount of water, and brewing. Experience the Steam Brew technology of icoffee by Remington.  The unit’s patented Steam Brew technology utilizes six rotational water jets to completely surround, suspend, stir and steam your favorite coffee in piping hot water. The result is rich, coffee crema with no bitter aftertaste. The secret to achieving the perfect cup is that the iCoffee jets rotate, tumble and suspend the brewing coffee in the right combination of steam and piping water. This completely coaxes out all of the flavorful essences from the spinning coffee.

The next generation of Keurig brewer is here. The new Vue V500 gives you the control to brew any way you want – stronger, bigger, hotter, and with more choices than ever before. Utilizing Custom Brew Technology, you can brew your way – strong or regular – to suit your taste. You can also brew full strength into a travel mug using Vue packs formulated to brew a bigger cup. And finally, the Vue offers a wider range of brewing temperatures and more ways to customize your cup. $169.99.

Bodum’s PEBO Vacuum Brewing System Set with Gas Burner extracts all the flavorful oils in your coffee without using paper filters.
